- Yes, we try to maintain consistency. Our instructor do keep notes in case they aren’t here and/or you decide to utilize another instructor.Yes, you schedule. If the instructor is available at the time scheduled that is who you will have. Only in extremely rare occasion would there be an exception.

Should I call to reserve cage time ?

- It isn’t required but highly recommended. We will try to accommodate walk-ins depending on availability. We try our best to stay on schedule. Please call ahead . 708 403-HITS (4487)

What are your hours?

- The facility hours change with the seasons. We stay open longer during the winter/spring time, close earlier during summer/fall seasons. We are open on weekends but as stated earlier it is always best to call. 708 403-HITS (4487).

If my lesson appointment is 5:00, is it like my doctors and may wait to 5:30 to be seen?

- No, Our instructors work very hard on staying on schedule. If your appointment is at 5, rarely will you wait more than 5 minutes. We do not double book, over schedule etc. Your appointment time is your time.
